RETURN POLICY

RETURN 

If you are not completely satisfied with an item from OFF-LAND for any reason, you may return the item within the first 30 days of delivery with a receipt or proof of purchase for a refund. Items must be returned in new or gently used condition, and in its original packaging. 

In order to return an OFF-LAND product:

  1. Download the Return Form or fill out the printed Return Form, which is attached to your order.

  2. Include the completed Return Form in your shipment.

  3. Ensure the returned item(s) are adequately protected for shipment.

  4. Ship your item. Please make sure to ship the package with a carrier who can provide tracking details and insurance, since OFF-LAND is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

WRONG ITEM, COLOUR, OR SIZE

We apologize if an item you have received is different from what you originally ordered. Please contact info@off-land.com within the first 30 days of purchase. We'll make every effort to replace the item promptly.

In order to return a wrong OFF-LAND product:

  1. Contact info@off-land.com within the first 30 days of purchase. We will provide a pre-paid Return Label.

  2. Download the Return Form or fill out the printed Return Form, which is attached to your order.

  3. Include the completed Return Form in your shipment.

  4. Ensure the returned item(s) are adequately protected for shipment.

  5. Ship your item using the pre-paid Return Label.  

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

If you have received a damaged or defective item covered by the warranty, contact info@off-land.com within the first 30 days of purchase. We'll make every effort to replace the item promptly.

To return a damaged or defective OFF-LAND product covered by the warranty: 

  1. Contact info@off-land.com within the first 30 days of purchase. We will provide a pre-paid Return Label.

  2. Download the Return Form or fill out the printed Return Form, which is attached to your order.

  3. Include the completed Return Form in your shipment.

  4. Ensure the returned item(s) are adequately protected for shipment.

  5. Ship your item using the pre-paid Return Label.

REPAIR IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

  2. Download the Return Form or fill out the printed Return Form, which is attached to your order.

  3. Include the completed Return Form in your shipment.

  4. Ensure the returned item(s) are adequately protected for shipment.

  5. Ship your item. Please make sure to ship the package with a carrier who can provide tracking details and insurance, since OFF-LAND is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

RECYCLE

Recycling your old products is voluntary. If you choose to recycle, you'll gain the satisfaction of knowing that your old OFF-LAND product will not end up in a landfill or an incinerator. We accept all OFF-LAND products for recycling, and the process  is easy. Meanwhile, we encourage you to find a new home for your garments or items on our website. Any OFF-LAND product that has reached the end of its useful life may be sent back to us for recycling or repurposing. Simply clean the items first and then ship them to us.

In order to recycle an OFF-LAND product:

  2. Download the Return Form or fill out the printed Return Form, which is attached to your order.

  3. Include the completed Return Form in your shipment.

  4. Ensure the returned item(s) are adequately protected for shipment.
